1. Acceptance of Terms

This Terms and Conditions document is a valid and binding agreement between you as the user and taktik77, an online betting platform operating under international licensing. By accessing, registering or using any part of the taktik77 website, you hereby express full agreement to all terms contained in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are asked not to use the taktik77 platform. Continued use of any service provided by taktik77 will be considered acceptance of the terms in force at that time, including any amendments that have been made.

taktik77 reserves the right to amend, update or add to these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review this document from time to time to ensure they are always aware of the latest applicable terms.

2. User Eligibility

Use of the taktik77 platform is limited to individuals who meet the following conditions:

• Aged 21 years or older at the date of account registration
• Located in a geographical area where participation in online betting activity is permitted
• Not included on any self-exclusion list enforced by taktik77 or related bodies
• Has full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Registering in a personal capacity and not representing any commercial entity or organisation

taktik77 reserves the right at any time to request verification of a user's age or identity. Any false information provided during the registration or verification process may result in the account being suspended or permanently closed, and all related funds may not be recoverable.

3. Account Registration

Each user is allowed to hold only one account at taktik77. Multiple registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts along with freezing of funds.

Users are fully responsible for ensuring that all information provided during the registration process is accurate, complete and up to date. This includes:

• Full name as shown on the identity card (MyKad)
• A valid date of birth
• An active mobile number registered in the user's name
• A valid and accessible email address
• Bank account or e-wallet details for withdrawal purposes

Account passwords are entirely the user's responsibility. taktik77 will not be held responsible for any loss arising from unauthorised access to a user's account due to the user's own negligence or sharing of their password. Users are encouraged to use a strong password and change it regularly.

4. Deposits and Payments

taktik77 supports a range of payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian users. Deposits can be made via Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking through FPX, Boost, ShopeePay as well as cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

The minimum deposit amount allowed is RM10 for each payment method. taktik77 does not charge any additional fees for deposit transactions, however users should check whether their payment service provider imposes any related charges.

All deposited funds must come from an account or payment instrument that is valid and registered in the same user's name. The use of third-party payment methods is prohibited unless prior written approval has been obtained from taktik77.

5. Fund Withdrawals

Users may withdraw funds from their taktik77 account at any time provided all wagering requirements related to any bonus have been met. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50.

Withdrawal processing time generally takes between 5 and 30 minutes. taktik77 aims to process all withdrawal requests within this period, however certain situations such as identity verification requirements or security checks may extend this timeframe.

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to an account that has been verified in the user's name. This is a standard security measure to prevent financial fraud.

• Withdrawals will be processed to Touch 'n Go, DuitNow, FPX, Boost, ShopeePay or cryptocurrency according to the user's preference
• The exchange rate for cryptocurrency withdrawals is based on the current market rate
• All withdrawal requests are subject to taktik77's internal security checks
• taktik77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving large withdrawals

6. Bonuses and Promotions

taktik77 offers a welcome bonus of 120% on the first deposit, up to a maximum of RM300. For example, if you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM120 bringing your account balance to RM220. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus value, meaning RM120 × 25 = RM3,000 must be met before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

As a second example, a deposit of RM600 will receive a maximum bonus of RM300, bringing the balance to RM900. The wagering requirement in this case is RM300 × 25 = RM7,500.

All bonus offers available at taktik77 are subject to the specific terms of the relevant promotion, which may include wagering requirements, time limits, eligible game products and maximum withdrawal limits. Users are responsible for reading the terms of each promotion before participating.

taktik77 also offers a VIP programme with three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each tier provides a different weekly cashback rate — Bronze up to 0.5%, Silver up to 1.0%, and Gold up to 1.5%, based on betting activity. Tier eligibility is determined by the player's overall activity level.

7. Game Rules

All games available on the taktik77 platform — including online slots, live casino, sports betting, virtual sports and arcade games — are operated in accordance with their respective rules set by the game providers or by taktik77 itself.

Game results are final and cannot be contested unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure that can be verified through system logs. In the event of a technical failure, taktik77 reserves the right to void the affected game rounds and return the bets to the user's account.

For sports betting and virtual sports games, the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed are the odds that will be used to calculate winnings, subject to certain conditions for bet types such as mix parlay. Bets placed cannot be cancelled after confirmation except in circumstances permitted by the relevant game rules.

8. Usage Restrictions

Users are strictly prohibited from doing the following while using the taktik77 platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any tools designed to provide an unfair advantage in games
• Communicating or colluding with other players to manipulate game results (collusion)
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or errors in the system for unauthorised financial gain
• Providing false or misleading information to the taktik77 support team
• Using a taktik77 account for any illegal activity including money laundering
• Transferring funds between different taktik77 user accounts without authorisation
• Accessing the taktik77 platform using a VPN or other location-masking methods to bypass geographical restrictions

Violation of any of the above restrictions may result in immediate action including temporary account suspension, permanent account closure, freezing or seizure of funds in the account, and reporting to the relevant authorities.

9. Account Closure

Users may close their taktik77 account at any time by contacting customer service via live chat or email. Before closure is processed, all outstanding wagering requirements must be settled and the account balance will be returned via the registered payment method.

taktik77 also reserves the right to close or suspend a user's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions or any related policies
• Confirmation that the user does not meet the age or location eligibility requirements
• A request from the user themselves for self-exclusion
• Instructions from regulatory or law enforcement authorities
• User inactivity over an extended period in accordance with taktik77's inactive account policy

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, taktik77 reserves the right to withhold any funds in the account as compensation depending on the severity of the violation committed.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

The taktik77 platform is provided on an "as is" basis and taktik77 makes no express or implied warranties that the service will always be available, error-free or secure from external threats. Users acknowledge and accept that:

• All betting carries a real risk of losing money
• Past winnings do not guarantee future winnings
• Excessive betting can lead to financial strain and personal problems
• Users are fully responsible for their own betting decisions

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

taktik77 operates under an international licence that permits the provision of online betting services to players in permitted regions. These Terms and Conditions are interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which taktik77 is legally registered.

Any dispute arising from or related to the use of the taktik77 platform or these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through negotiation first. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be deemed severed from this agreement. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
